Our hearts and condolence go to the family of the student who lost his life. We also share in the pain of the Students, SRC and Management of CUC. There is a general mood of sadness across the campuses in Ghana about this unfortunate incident.
We will like to use this opportunity to call on all from the primary to tertiary to join us pray for speedy healing for our mates who were involved in the accident.
It is worrying to note that there had been a lot of accidents involving students just this year.
It is our prayer that the good Lord protect us us all against any such situation in future.
To the families of the victims and the entire student body and staff of Central University College "mon hy3 din" God gives and he takes back at the appointed time.
We plead with every Ghanaian to be very concious and careful on the road especially when you are carrying students in your vehicles.
We also entreat all students to be mindful of the bad nature of some of our roads in Ghana and drive cautiously. Your life is of value to us.
NUGS is making plans with some insurance companies to provide life insurance policies for students so that some of these bills can be taken care of.
