NUGS ACCREDITATION NOTICE: ACCREDITATION FOR CONGRESS

TO: ALL THE LOCAL NUGS PRESIDENTS

SUBJECT: ACCREDITATION FOR CONGRESS

The National Executive Officers of the National Union of Ghana Students and the Local Organisation Committee(L.O.C.) of the 48th Annual Residential Delegates Congress wish to request from you to present to the office of the Union latest by 2nd September, 2014 names, pictures, and position of your:

1. Delegates
2. At most Five (5) observes
3. Two (2)campaign team members for aspirants plus that of the Aspirant
4. And at most two (2) drivers (who must be official drivers of the school);

For accreditation in order to participate in the 2014 Annual Residential Delegates Congress.

For security reasons the Union has the right to further investigate to establish if the names given are the very people doing the jobs they are purported to be doing and any false information provided will mean that person or institution may not be accredited.

We also wish to inform all and sundry that no one will be allowed anywhere near a meeting place at the congress grounds without accreditation; and a valid accreditation tag given to participants to that effect. Also, Voting as well as all other relevant congress activities will be done with the Accreditation Tag.

NOTE: All delegates are to come along to Congress with their student ID Cards since that will be used  in addition as clearance for voting.
