The Ghanaian Youth have undoubtedly gained inexplicable notoriety in this despicable enterprise nowadays. How shameless and Black-hearted we have become! How unspeakable and appalling the
moral standards have fallen. Devilish, the current generation has become. What kind of brainless generation is this? The fear of God has suddenly left every particular soul in this deplorable nation. So are we not ashamed of ourselves as the youth of Ghana?
What kind of stupid niche are we carving for ourselves? Is this the kind of behavior we would want to pass down to the next generation and is this how we would want to be remembered for? That we've gotten to a stage where teenagers, kids who feed from their parents coffers, have the guts to commit fornication and not just that, become so senseless to film themselves and circulate the videos.
That we are in the stage where young girls and boys remove their panties, snap their private parts and share the pictures around with friends. The devil has finally taken over I think. This is really really sad. It's so miserable. Apparently, there's no elder in this country. The lads are copying from the leaders as it is. No elder is willing to take the rod.
All the leadership care about is politics, money, fame and thievery. Morality, the backbone of humanity is completely lost. Ghana has lost it. It might be happening in other countries but I only care about Ghana. This is not the Ghana that our virtuous forefathers left behind.
I was born into a generation where people inadvertently close their eyes to a naked body but I have worryingly grown into a generation where nudity is fashion. Boys, men, women and girls clamouring to have a glimpse of a leaked sex video.Teenagers getting the courage to publicly accept responsibility for sex videos and see no wrong with it.
Nobody is a saint. Far from that. But when you want to fornicate, though abominable, and you don't want to hide it but record yourself and share to the world, then you are an idiot. You are not doing it for fun but also wrecking an entire generation and thus you don't deserve to live.
Please, if the leadership has failed us, lets not fail the next generation. Let's not get overly silly. These acts are accursed and awful. Morality builds nations. The current economic hardships, incurable diseases, killer viruses and the innumerable disasters have causes.
Our strange morals correspond our strange deaths. No wonder we hear of strange and incurable diseases like Ebola and the likes. authority must speak some sense into the youth. Arise the Youth of Ghana and let's shame the devil of eschewing all these satanic tendencies in order to give enviable pride to our motherland. Ghana certainly deserves better!
IDDI Muhayu-deen is my name and I humbly submit myself to serve you as the next NUGS General Secretary
