The number of votes cast per each category helps as to determine how competitive each category is and so far:
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS SECRETARY 69
PRESIDENT 68
GENERAL SECRETARY 61

PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS SECRETARY 36
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER 36
WOMEN COMMISIONER 36
PRESS AND INFORMATION SECRETARY 36
TREASURER 33
EDUCATION AND DEMOCRATIZATION 30

From the above there is a great deal of competition among the aspirants for International Relations Secretary with 69 vote , followed by the Presidential aspirants with 68, the General Secretary position keenly follows with 61 votes then it comes to CS with 40 votes. WOCOM, FC, P&P, and Press and Info all follow suit with 36 votes, then with 33 votes the Treasurer Position follows and finally 30 votes for Education and democratisation. This further goes to prove that the number of votes cast per position sought is a determinant of the level of competition that exist as at nor for that position, considering the fact that the least competitive being Education and Democratization Secretary who is going unopposed has the lowest votes as at now.
Aspirants for the most competed positions like IRS, President and General Secretary will therefore have to step up their campaign.
It can also be concluded confidently that if the Elections were held today and assuming this poll is a fair representation of the opinions of delegates, then the following shall be the executive officers of NUGS

PRESIDENT:         Prosper Mawuyewoe  Dzitse          59%
